• A quick message to you all during the COVID19 Pandemic. First and foremost we wish you and your families well at this challenging time. Please note we will still be processing orders during this period and will work to get your online orders out to you swiftly. Please bear in mind there may be some short delay with the deliveries as they go through the Postal system. Stay safe.
• All deliveries in the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail delivery at a one off P&P charge of £3.95
• All deliveries to Europe will be dispatched by Royal Mail delivery at a one off P&P charge of £8.95
• All deliveries to other regions of the World will be dispatched by Royal Mail delivery at a one off P&P charge of £11.95
• All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days.
• All goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are in perfect condition. Unfortunately we do not reimburse postage costs to or from place of delivery. A refund will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving the returned product.
• Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery and once the goods are returned to Jacobs of Dunster we will issue a credit note, replacement or a refund within 5-7 working days.
• Order confirmation will be emailed if an email address is given.
• All prices are in £ sterling. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard using our websites secure payment gateway or by BACs Bank transfer.
• Any complaints should be emailed or posted to us and we will endeavour to respond to you within 7 days.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT.
• If the item ordered is unavailable we will contact you by phone or email.
• It is important to note that some colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen to the product ultimately received, depending on your monitor screen resolution and colour/display settings.
• A majority of our products are handmade and may also sometimes slightly vary in colour or design. We will provide the closest colour that we have in stock at time of order.
